Will DD die if Sid marry Roshni ?

I just have a simple question? If Sid and Roshni run away and get married, will DD die of heart attack?🥱 Dr. said they can't remind her of the past.. fine don't remind.. but what is stopping Sid and Roshni to marry again?🥱 Why are they continuing the nonsense nauntanki of irritating DD and bringing out her memory?🥱

Day by day Sid is turning a spineless character recieving slaps and being the doormat of DD. He have no idea of what to do with his marriage and wife🥱 Roshni the great wife is another extra ordinary character who just don't care how many times her husband gets slapped by her so called loving mom in front of her🤢 Atleast during initial days Roshni had some spine, now she lost it in her blind mommy love🤢. I don't understand what ppl see in this track, I'm just seeing the story of 2 characters with 0 self respect & some attraction (ya, u can call it romance) b/w them and an arrogant woman insulting everyone.. A useless villian and some other dumb family members standing and seeing the tamasha🥱 What is interesting in this storyline I'm not understanding😕

Let's see what happens next maybe DD can gain her memory when Amol and roshni's marriage will happen!!!
