No one gets a death sentence for accidentally pushing someone causing their death. It may at the most be jail sentence .

And if the lawyer is capable even this can be minimized to a great extent. Cant the Modi's appoint a capable lawyer to fight the case. And there is no eyewitness to tell that Dharam fell down because Meera pushed him.

The dumb Modi's can never use their money power or influence to their advantage. Its silly that they let Meera to be so badly treated during interrogation.
