Is that really Shahid Kapoor? That was my first reaction when I caught a glimpse of his first look from his upcoming film Udta Punjab. Take a bow, Shahid, you have out done yourself!

The Kapoor lad will be seen playing a Punjabi rock star Tommy Singh. He almost looks unrecognisable in long locks and the beard look. Looking back, when the actor made his debut with Ishq Vishk, he was labeled as the boy-next -door but ever since then he has transformed himself to no end.
