This is what happens when you take too much pre workout and forget that you haven't touched the court in over a year. This after a leg workout and I feel like I got the crap beaten out of me . As you can see, my 'hops' declined pretty dramatically, pretty fast. But I can still dunk (sort off) and that sure feels good . I am NOT looking forward to the sore joints tomorrow, but basketball is my first love and you can never regret that . Plus EDKV is back tomorrow, and let's just say, sh*t is going to keep going down And THANK YOU for all the positive and encouraging comments you guys, it's amazing to hear that all of you are liking what we're doing and it makes us work that much harder
