Shravan has consciously stopped himself from holding Sumo's hand multiple times so far(twice on4/8 episode). Is it because he is afraid he cannot let it go (like he did while filing the case in the lawyer's office) or is it because he does not want Sumo to know he has feelings for her. Either way, it seems like it affects him lot more than Sumo.

Suman already has too much power to hurt Shravan. His heart is still wounded by the incident 10 years ago. This time, he is being super-cautious to not get too attached or hope too much, in case she breaks his heart again. He has forgiven her (somewhat) but he hasn't forgotten. So, he is holding himself back.
