If sona declines d offer then definitely dev will b very much impressed..
If sona says that her special patient matters d most to her now than money then it will prove to dev of how much she cares abt his mother..and how good at heart she is..
Great chance to start d love story..CVS pls don't spoil it..
Also loved how dev was constantly looking at her to know what her answer was..aww cutie..
But seems precap ain't a good sign...don't know what vl b ishwari ma's reaction on dev-_sona as a couple..
