Why don't heroines' sons get any chance in BW?

Look at Rati Agnihotri's son Tanuj Virwani. Decent looking chap. Lekin kya mil raha hai usko? He's playing a dildo in Sunny Leone's next.

That's cuz he doesn't have that typical Bollywood wala face. He looks ordinary, even with this designer photo shoot.

Maybe cause heroines get married and move out of the film line unless they are married within the industry.

Male actors on the other hand continue to have closer association with the industry by virtue of their longer careers. Also the power structure in the industry is skewed towards male actors, so by default it would be easier for them to get their children better opportunities in the film line.

Not just heroine's son...even hero's son/daughter, heroine's daughter and producer's son/daughter get chances based on the parent's connections and how much money they can invest in their child's initial films. Heroines usually move out of the industry so possibly dont have connections as much as someone who marries within the industry or heroes who stay active in some capacity.

Most Heroines of 80's and 90's are recently married or have very young kids now.

Many marry movie actors like Amrita Singh, Babita, Jaya Bacchan etc whose kids are or will come in to movies and then you may say they are children of Heros so they are into movies 😆

Tanuja, Sridevi have daughters only and they are also into movie and others will soon come into movies.

Other than Rati Agnihotri cannot think of anybody else having a ready to enter Bollywood son.

Also all may not be keen on entering Bollywood.

Mohnish Bahl is an excellent actor ...pity that we saw such little of him on screen. When he was making no headway in BW except for villainous roles he was the first from BW to take up television ...we saw him excel in shows like Sanjeevani, DMG and recently KTLK. I think he should get the credit for striding both fields competently long before the current race to be seen on the tv screen for survival.
