Colors has confirmed to BizAsiaLive.com that it will be broadcasting this year's in-house celebratory awards function in April.

The Golden Petal Awards, which were held earlier this month in Mumbai, saw the likes of Salman Khan, Madhuri Dixit, Malaika Arora Khan, Arjun Kapoor and a number of Colors' television talent including actors and reality TV show artists.

The big winner of the night was the channel's hit shows Naagin' and Swaragini' with Varun Kapoor and Helly Shah walking away with the Best Actor and Best Actress gongs for their popular show. Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa' and Comedy Nights Bachao' also won appreciation from the viewers.

Golden Petal Awards 2016 will be broadcast on Sunday 10th April on Colors.
