Why is it that posting your opinion that goes against the flow of xyz superstar, or having a constructive criticism of a movie/celebrity is a capital punishment on this forum and the mods are all over you and you are to be hang, quartered and drawn.

However posting of nudity is a minor misdemeanour because it doesnt offend any actor/production house/channel/ your revenue. I find it ironic that this has been going on for x number of days and nothing concrete has been done. Your site viewers demand some accountability because this is directly impacting them at their workplaces, and affecting their forum experience. First it was your google ads which had some adult content and now its full on nudity. If the users want to see po*nographic content Im sure there are other avenues for them go -- they DONT need to see it here.

What has been seen, cannot be unseen now. Please for the love of Rakhi Sawant look at community interests once and not just for your own and get your priorities in order.

Agreed. If you can't do anything about the member coz he can bypass bans, then disable new member registration for a while. It's better than seeing po*n all over the forum

Their site rules say:
  • The credibility of the site matter to us, and the comments in bad taste tend to invariably hurt the actors/production house/channel etc.

So will it take a lawsuit from Gauri Khan / Red chillies production to India-Forums for outraging her modesty with such obsenity and defamation of her character? The powers that be behind this site have a duty to ensure they are quick to address this issue or they can be liable for damaged -- because this is a very big site and its reach is large scale so the more the time the further the damage and their responsibility.

I am totally against this nudity. Its so yucky to have stumbled upon while you are reading comments on the threads. For now images disabled.

But apart from that.

Mele Khan uncle ko kuchh mat kehnaa. Walnaa... boohoohoo. hum lo denge. Boohoohoo.

OMG, I have been seeing this since so long. The minute you comment on srk-sallu, their rotdu fans come outta nowhere crying n asking you to keep srk-sallu out of this. smh.

Jese, srk - sallu inki private property hai. koi unhe kuch nahi keh sakta. LOL. Such childish behavior.

Any good lawyer with half decent experience will have no problem showing negligence on part of this site for defamation of Ms Khans character in such light and failure to act in speedy manner. This is really horrible and jokes aside no woman shoud be subjected to such obscenity. Im not a big fan of SRK but I totally side with Gauri here and actions have consequences and the recent Erin Andrews and Hulk Hogan cases highlight this.
This is why for the longest time I have been vouching for paid moderators. Because it will have some accountability, transparency and it wont be partisan. Paid moderators will have a legal duty to act upon and dereliction of duty can result in job action -- but here because the whole revenue goes to site admin and Mods get nothing they are not answerable. Dont blame them either.

The recent Erin Andrews and Hulk Hogan cases hightlight that the damages are real and deeply emotional. But considering India where even a rape of woman is negligble and people get away, some online defamation of her modesty isnt that high on priority I believe.

Hogan got $110 Million in damages against Gawker and could get some more.
