It's blocked for me for some reason but no problem lol I watched it on tv too and they have subtitles but for me Urdu is really similar to Hindi so I understand! But now I'm just babbling LOL. So happy you found this and you got some awesome translations, and thanks for sharing it here :D

Great translation dear.

The Sajna Ve part can be more aptly translated like this...more or less:

Aaja ve sajna rooh mein shaamil tujhe kar doon

Come, my beloved, let me welcome you to my soul

Jindri mita ke rab se main haasil tujhe kar doon

Let me leave this life and take you from God

Ishq ke noor ko aankhon mein aa bhar doon
