Okay so the first post in forum I'm reading is your post and I'm very happy about the same that we have a common show now which will make us discuss it again ! :)

I don't think Swadhinta will ever change herself just because Suhasini wants to see her like others. She is a intern in her office so of course she will taje guidance but I hope Swadhinta never changes herself. I agree about everything else.
