DIFFERENCE

A newly joined trainee engineer asks his boss''wat is the meaning of appraisal?''

Boss:Do u know the meaning of resignation?''

Trainee:''Yes i do''

Boss:So let me make u understand wat a appraisal is by comparing with resignation''

Comparing study:Appraisal and resignation.

*****************

In appraisal meeting they will only speak about ur weekness, errors and failures.

In resignation meeting they will only speak abt ur strengths, past achievements and success.

**************

In appraisal u may need to cry and beg for even 10% hike.

In resignation u can easily demand (or get even without asking) more than 50-60% hike.

***************

During appraisal they will deny promotion saying u didnt meet the expectation,u dont have leadership qualities ,and u hv several drawbacks in our objective/goal.

During resingnation they will say that u r the core of the team;

you are the vision of the company how can u go,u hv to take the project in shoulders and lead ur juniors to success.

**************

There r 90% chances for not getting any significant incentives after appraisal.

There r 90% chances of getting immidiate hike after u put the resignation.

*************

Trainee:''Yes boss enough, now i understood my future. For appraisal i will hv to resign....!!!''
