i think he is angry and playing basketball (acc. to the now famous nov. 12 promo)coz he cant decide whether he shld tell dr.keerti the truth or keep it from her coz he loves ridz.

even the promo says ki "usulon ki jeet main kya hogi pyaar ki haar".

i think anjali is responsible,bcoz when she was with dadu (in ICU alone) ,she was little disturb by ridz(mom & dad talk)and at the same time dadu was uncon and so may be she injected that medicine with disturb mind. we only saw that medicine in ridz hand,we didn't see her injecting
