Why does Kanak hate Dhani ?

Since the day Dhani has entered the lives of Tripathis's Kanak has been relentless in her hate for Dhani . Viplav and I ask the same . Kanak why do you hate Dhani so much ? Is it -

1) Dhani is a widow thus an outcast in society specially for the Tripathi family who is creme of Banaras.

2) She comes from a poor family and is uneducated. Would Kanak reconsider her opinion of her had she been a rich widow ?

3) Is she class conscious. HAs often raised the "aukaat" factor.

4) She is a beautiful young girl . Is Kanak envious of her beauty. She does bring it up often even now if the court room she accuses of using it to entrap men . Beauty is a powerful tool and something Kanak herself was very proud of herself.

5) Is she envious of the love and care that her son and Dhani share. Kanak never had it for herself and the couple remind her of something she never had.

6) Daughters and women in her opinion are second class compared to men and sons. She abuses her own daughter and is disrespectful even to her mother in law.

7) Dhani is a danger to her dominance and prestige in the Tripathis household . Its her ego .

8) Is she devoid of love for anyone but herself.

Like to help me out here and elaborate ... as I just don't get it. Or maybe just pick the top three.

I think she want a bahu from a rich family. When dhani was a widow, she hates her most and cannot accept her as bahu.

I think there is a fb here to kanak's charactar. May be she was unwantedly married off to shambhu... And could never lead a life she wanted to. The frustration cropping from that fact is what is showing off.

The fact that she might have met with that situation coz she may have been forced to marry shambhu being a woman and that's why that attitude towards shalini.

I have a feeling Viplav may not be her son with shambhu... May be with a previous lover who ditched her.

Let's see when we get to know from Kanak why she hates dhaani so much. I think Viplav has been point blank is asking that question ... Let's see if cvs put that question still in perspective.

Yes maybe there is a history to her that needs to be explored and explained .

There has to be a soft human side to her . Other than a glimpse of mera babu with Viplav she is harsh with everyone particularly Dhani.

Do you think she will revert her opinion about Dhani if tomorrow we get to know that Dulaari had very rich inlaws and have left her a fortune ? I would very much like to see that .

simple...no mother would like her perfect and fully qualified son to marry a widow...so obviously she hates dhaani for trapping her son with her beauty...like any other mother she too would have wanted a bride of equal status for her son...and like all the other parents she also do not understand what is"love"...generally also mostly those who do arranged marriage or has never fallen in love think those who do love marriages are characterless and one of the two who is of lesser status in it has trapped the other...
all these comes out from kt as hate for dhaani which increases more n more when she sees how much her son cares for her...

Most plausible explanation . So it is status which includes wealth education and upbringing . And a women other that who is beautiful is out to trap .

In that regard one can rate Shallu as a good catch . Does Kanak have a good relation with her ? Or is it only when it comes to her precious son does her heart bleed .

kt does not hate shalu...she wants to get her married to a handsome rich and educated guy who also takes care of her, this is the one which shalu also wants...she loves shalu as much as she loves viplav...she taunts her only coz she is not caring to reduce her weight which is becoming a hinderance in her marriage..she taunts her as her well wisher only...

^^Jaz I think there is more to it . She did not like Tanya either .
