Yes it's a combination of a few things and it really boils down to Kanak's need to be a Queen Bee and the balance of power. She is uncomfortable with any shift in that balance of power . What is funny that she feels threatened by a chit of a girl who does not recognize or claim or want a seat at the game table.

I like Kanak as a character . Hardened and cruel . Must have a soft core somewhere .

Why does Kanak hate Dhaani... because Kanak hates herself more, and we see that in her treatment of herdaughter Shaalu and everyone else. She has no kind words for anybody.

The loss of her husband has further made her biter as she has lost that married status . Despite that she has not learnt a lesson in humbleness .

She still has her son by her side . What if he walks out will she be what she is - Cruel . I bet she will .

This is why I think Dhani trying to win her is a failure from the get go . Goodness is something Kanak does not understand .

Hey premparbat ...very valid questions...kanak hatred towards dhani has more depth to it. Firstly i feel she must be initially very unhappy to get married to not a physically healthy person look at this way she is beautiful and her husband forget about being a handsome guy he is physically handicapped.So what ever decisions she had to take care of she took on her shoulders.As any other woman she must have wished for some guy who could protect her but she got nothing of such sort. One reason.

Though one thing I give her she does love her children though never understands them .

There has to be a moment of reckoning for her in the future , maybe when Trip is back and Shambhu murder comes back. Who knows.

Hey premparbat she has not changed in a day or two it took years for her to become bitter.DT is extremely dangerous compared to kanak look at the way he thinks...change ur style of attacking 😆 itna dimag kanak mai kaha 😆 for once i truly wish to see her past and may be one good quality if she has one.
