Anyone else in her place would have got nervous, but choreographer Bindi Khare held her own and continued to perform even as she suffered a wardrobe malfunction at a recent shoot of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa

The recent incident on the sets of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa might provide fodder for Madhur Bhandarkar's next, Fashion, after he incorporated the Carol-Gracious-wardrobe-malfunction episode at one of the fashion shows last year. Apparently, Bindi Khare choreographer and dancing partner of Jay Bhanushali, while performing for her gala rounds, had a wardrobe malfunction.

Bindi was performing to 'Aa khushi se khudkushi kar le' when her costume slipped, putting the poor choreographer ill at ease. Fortunately an alert Bindi sensed that there was something amiss and immediately covered herself with her hand preventing a major malfunction.

Our source who was present at the shoot says, "Bindi was wearing a strappy costume and it suddenly gave way. Her performance was full of jhatkas and high energy and that's why her costume must have loosened; and even though her attention was diverted she continued to perform. She managed to hold herself and did not run away backstage."

It is indeed commendable that Bindi conducted herself with grace. She says, "My costume was slipping down and I had to adjust the whole thing during my performance. You will know when you see the performance. I knew it that something was not correct and thankfully nobody noticed what was happened. I was anxious and it did affect my performance in a way. Even Jay was a bit panicky and was very worried about me, but he was extremely supportive. In fact, after the performance he said that he was extremely proud of me. The dance move required him to lift me but he performed the act very lightly. I know that my attention was diverted but I adjusted and nothing was exposed."

John Abraham and Bipasha Basu, who were the special guests on the show, were all praise for Bindi's presence of mind. John says, "It was a minor thing and I think Bindi and Jay both handled it very gracefully."

Bindi adds, "These kinds of things always happen with dancers… It happened to me for the first time and that too on national television. Bipasha, who was present at the shoot, said some very nice things and told me that if it were her, she would have rushed backstage and could have never finished it. However, Jhalak… is uncut and we couldn't stop the performance in between."

wow!!that was really a strong move on her part...& she even managed to finish her performance!!!they shouldn't wear such clothes when they know they're gonna be jumping up & down!!

i hate bindi for her cheap dressing sense ,atleast this lady cud wear a skin colur body suit beneath her cheap revealing dress ,i hate this cheap bindi ,she is obssed with the revealing outfits & her dance steps r always so bold 🤢

bindi is soooooooooooooo cheap & shameless 🤢,she shud have stopped her dancing at once ,MY GOD!! this bindi was not at all concerned with her dignity instead she seemed to be much more concerned abt winning this show 🤢
