the episode seems quite strange . they both have kept there weapons and equipments open around in the room with the rooms door open for anyone to enter anytime. if it was someone else instead a blind like shahhen then? agar apne defence wale aise kaam karenge to desh ka kya hoga yaar?

You're right. Plus, they speak so loud whenever they discuss the mission and that too in the Sarpanch's house. Someone probably overhears them. Shaheen may be blind but she's not deaf. She's a sharp listener, as we've seen in past episodes.
