It's wrong spoiler, because you see it's not happening as per mentioned here. Sona didn't reach home in time, she missed the dinner, Dilip n she haven't seen each other n the match got cancelled then n there.

As it is it sounds ridiculous because why'd Dev propose Sona with out Ishwari's permission ?? He's not in love with her yet , and in the starting promos we've seen that even after falling for her he's hesitating to go for marriage because Ishwari doesn't approve of it.

I think they have made up this article, I also saw these article in Twitter but didn't post because it didn't sound logical or convincing to me.

Lol - this news seems inconsistent. Because Ishwari hasn't tried to convince Dev to keep Sona either! She hates that girl and her guts.

Edit: The story is more or less turning into old Anil Kapoor-Madhuri Dixit starrer Beta... minus the step son angle of course. But the male protagonist is such a maatrubhakt ... that he fails to see her manipulations, until the very end. Here of course Ishwari isn't evil... but she's grey. She feels like she has this strong hold over Dev and will not share him with anyone else. He is her budhape ka sahara... and will not let him marry any girl, let along Sonakshi... So unless Dev falls hard for Sona, it will be a stalemate situation.

I read spoiler in Twitter- during Holi drama Sonakshi will come to understand why Dev is so obsessed with his mom n she'll forgive him and come back to rejoin her job.
