The Episode starts with DT telling Viplav to not fight for Dhani in this her case. After saying that, he leaves. Viplav stays quiet.

Sushma tells to Dhani to not only think about herself. She begs Dhani that she should leave fighting in this case for her family. Then she leaves. Dhani says I have taken my decision.

Viplav and the Ashram family are waiting for Dhani outside. Dhani arrives there with police. Dulari hugs Dhani. She says don't worry, I am there for you. Don't worry. Viplav says "Dulari is right, tell them the truth and don't worry, they will ask you soo many stupid questions. Don't worry, answer with your truth." The police take her to the court. Dulari is tensed.

Everyone arrives at the court. Some police (woman) are bringing Dhani on the front. Viplav and all the Ashram ladies arrives aswell, they take a seat. Raja's mother is sitting besides Dulari. Raja's mother is saying that Dhani is a murderer etc... trying to frustrate Dulari. Dulari shouts that her daughter is not a murderer. Dhani looks at Dulari and makes sign to her to not do that. DT arrives there aswell. The judge (I don't know if it's been called like that in english, if not then please ignore, I guess you understood what I meantLOL) The other lawyer (against Dhani) wants to ask Dhani questions. Th judge accepts. The lawyer asks Dhani if her husband drank alcohol and was beating her. He asks it many times but Dhani keeps on being quiet. She doesn't give an answer but remembers what Sushma said to her. Viplav gets tensed and asks Dhani why she is not answeing. She still keeps being quiet. The lawyer asks her now if she murdered her husband or not. She answers with "Yes". Everyone gets shocked. Viplav asks her why she did say that and what she is doing. Viplav says the lawyer has confused her first asking her if her husband drank alcohol and was beating her and secondly if she has killed her husband. The answer of her was actually the answer for the first question! Dhani agrees. Viplav says "That's the confusion. Please give us one more chance." The other lawyer disagrees. But the judge says the court will be continued tomorrow. The police takes Dhani away.

Kanak asks DT why Dhani agreed to this so fast? DT says I am too thinking about this.

Dhani is in jail now. She is crying. On the other hand, in Ashram. Dulari is very tensed and thinks why Dhani did that. In the meantime, Viplav arrives at the jail. He says "Dhani". Dhani wipes away her tears. He says "see, right now, there is no one here. What happened tell me. Do you even know what you have done? Do you think if you agree to this at the court, everything will be fine? Who came here to meet you?" Dhani again recalls whatever Sushma said. Viplav says "Dhani... pleas talk to me. Staying quiet like this will bring nothing." Dhani says "Forgive me Viplav, I have lied to you. Yes this is true. I have killed my husband. I was scared that's why I have lied." Viplav gets angry and says "Lie!! I know you are lying. Turn around and tell me this is the truth by looking at my eyes, then I will believe you. You can't. Do you know why? Because you can't lie to me." Dhani keeps on crying. Viplav says "Today would be actually our happiest day, you would join my family. But the destiny is playing a game with us. But being your husband, I wanted to tell you something. I promise you, I will get you out of this jail." He was going to leave from there but then Dhani turns around and says "Viplav". He douesn't even turn around to look at her, he just leaves. Dhani keeps crying.

In the court. Raja's mother tells "How would I know, that sweet looking girl would kill my son. Kanak says "She is trying to trap my son with her beauty. The lawyer (against Dhani) says that Dhani first, to trap people and kills people. Viplav gets angry and loses his control he says "Dhani is my wife." Every gets shocked.
