I liked how the mother-in-law took a neutral stand towards Dharaa playing cricket. She probably may be too conservative to be completely okay with Dharaa pursuing cricket but I liked that she accepted that it's Dharaa and Mihir's life and if they are okay with it, then she is no one be against it. From that phone conversation, she didn't seem like the typical interfering mother-in-law.
