Farah Khan's 50th birthday bash this weekend turned out to be more exciting than her films. The behind-the-scenes drama could easily fill up 10 episodes of The Bold & The Beautiful,what with the boldest and one of the most beautiful among the actresses being invited and then told not to come.
Says an insider, "Sporty Actress(SA) initially got an invite since she gets along well with Farah. But then Farah received standing instructions from this Star Wife(SW) that the Sporty Actress must not be invited. Farah meekly obliged , since the Star Wife's Superstar Husband is very close to Farah."
The Superstar Husband and the Sporty Actress are said to be extremely close . Sporty Actress has therefore been banned from all gatherings where the Star Wife has influence. And the Star Wife's influence really stretches far.
Ironically when the Superstar Husband got to know that the Sporty Actress has been excluded from the Farah's party list , he too decided to stay away from the party.
Says the insider, "Farah was sure that the Superstar would show up on this very special day. She kept thinking he would show up eventually, as he's known to make entries as late as 2am into parties. Farah kept thinking until 2 am that the Superstar would make an entry into her birthday party. Finally he didn't show up because the Sporty Actress had been blacklisted from the party because of him."
When the Star Wife realized she had been out-witted in the game of one-upmanship with her huband and his actress-friend, she fretted and fumed for a while and then went back to having a gala time with her gal pals.
