Okay here comes my story:- when original tanushree is in India there in the other corner of the world...in USA there is a girl named Tanupamaa(EK can give any name connected with the word Tanu)..she meets with an accident which leads her condition to be worsen..In India Tanushree dies while saving Rishi...but Tanushree 's soul wants to with Rishi...in USA Tanupamaa 's condition worsens and she was in need of an Heart transplant surgery...Tanushree 's heart was placed into Tanupamaa and she recovers...

After 3yrs...Tanupamaa visits India for a Business meet and meets Rishi..there love story starts again

How is this idea girlz...I know I sound crazy
