Tanu's uncle-aunty are in train, travelling to attend the last rights of Tanu's parents. They plan to steal all of Veeru's property.
Rishi is at the hospital. Raj and Rano rush to him. He shares how a girl came and took the bullet for him and saved him in the process. Raj asks the girls name and Rishi says its Tanu. Raj is stunned and says to Rano that this is the same Tanu with whom Rishi's destiny is entwined. He says he has to rush to find Tanu and meet his friend Veeru. Rano resists. Rishi asks him what he means. Raj explains how after his birth a lady had predicted that if he isnt married off to Tanu at the age of 23, he wont survive. Rishi bursts out laughing and refuses to believe. Raj tries to make him serious. He tells Rano that she may have taken Rishi abroad but she cant change his destiny. He says that they need to find Veeru right away. Rano says tomorrow and Raj says early morning. They leave the hospital.
Tanu's aunty tells her that no one can change the destiny but dont worry am with you guys. The pandit says a male member has to step forward to perform the last rights. Tanu's uncle steps forward but Choti says Tanu di will do the ritual. Pandit argues but relents. Tanu performs the last rights. Flashbacks of Tanu's moments with her parents.
While in the car, Rishi is teary eyed and Manpreet asks him the matter. He says dust in my eye. Manpreet says he is worried what if this girl of his destiny ends up making him shed tears. Later in the night, Rishi dreams of meeting Tanu. He gets up and looks at the moon and remembers his past of spending his childhood with Tanu and how she said that the next time they meet, the shine of the moon will remind him of her. Rishi asks the moon to tell him where is SHE. Is Raj right, is she Tanu, thte one who saved me, his friends daughter. What is wrong with me. Why am i thinking about her in the middle of the night. Maybe coz i din thank her for saving my life. He looks at the moon and says dad says you are my destiny so am sure, one day we will meet for sure. But where.
Choti tells Tanu that the sky is filled with 2 more stars tonight, those are our mom and dad. And alongside them is the moon you admire every night. Tanu keeps mum. Choti asks why are you quiet. She explains that moon-stars can be seen only during night but our parents are with us always. They give us courage. Flashbacks of both the sister's moments with their parents shown. Both hug and comfort each other.
Next day morning, Raj is driving towards Veeru's place and singing happy songs of friendship. Rano, Rishi, Manpreet tease Raj. Raj praises how his friends family treats them with delicious food and that he is sure Tanu is a great cook. Rishi says only going to thank Tanu for saving my life and nothing further. Raj chides him and says once you meet my friend and his family you will be warmed up to them. Suddenly Raj loses control of the car and almost hit a biker. They rush to check the biker and he recognizes Raj. Rishi and Manpreet think he is Veeru and go overload hugging him. Raj says this is Dheeraj. Raj asks about Veeru and Dheeraj says thought you are here to attend Veeru's last rights. He shares that seems like you dont know that in the attack yesterday, Veeru passed away. Raj is hyper and refuses to believe. He says i am here to meet Veeru and i brought my entire family. Dheeraj says Veeru's brother-sis in law are here too thought you are here for the same.
Phone rings at Veeru's place, its Raj. Veeru's sis in law picks up and fakes that seems like network is bad. Raj says we are on the way, will meet in person and talk.
Precap --- The doorbell rings, its Raj. Veeru's brother and sis in law open the door. Raj asks about Veeru and he says yes. Rishi watches the interaction quietly.
