The episode begins with Abhay telling Adarsh that his left eye lid was fluttering so something bad was about to happen ...right then Adarsh notices Swa and thinks that disaster had just happened .
Abhay gets simi's call and leaves Adarsh alone and rushes home
Swa confronts Adarsh for following her. Searching her house. She warns him she did not want to have coffee with him. Asks him not to venture around chandni Chowk , her house.
Right then Adarsh gives her the jhoomka and Swa is silenced and shocked . Adarsh tells her that she did not know he wanted to return her lost ear ring and searched her house for that. He gives it back says quick good bye and leaves .
Swa is left staring as he leaves .
At home swa is having breakfast and remembering Adarsh's words. She stares at the ear ring . Asad asks about her lost ear ring , she makes an excuse .Her bro argues with his mom over aloo ke paranthey that she serves Swa . Maamu asks Asad to drop him to office , Asad is reluctant .
Swa offers to drop him on her scooty as she was going to Mishra's office .
Maami asks her to finish her aloo ka paranthas
As Swa drops maamu to his office and goes on to meet Mishra ji .
Swa is protective of asad but maamu says asad was useless, swa assures one day he will make them proud ,maamu says not his son but his daughter will make him proud one day they leave for work
At sinha house all are at BF table Simi is late . She insults Jaya got cooking ragi (porridge)for breakfast , simi throws a tantrum over being served ragi ,
Mrs Suhasini asks simi to apologize to Jaya for insulting Jaya simi reluctantly apologizes and Suhasini asks jaya not to prepare BF for Simi henceforth, simi will cook her own BF , as Simi angrily gets up to leave the table , she asks Simi to ask Mr Ahuja why he dis not teach simi table manners ,
In their room Simi complains to abhay,that she was insulted , he asks her to relax and cook BF of her own choice from tomorrow
asks her to see positive side of things
As Swa reaches the office of Mishra the clerk , Ahuja .. who is seen enjoying the Jacuzzi bath in his luxurious bathroom asks Mishra to keep her waiting for some time . Not to help her right away ,
Mishra arrives after keeping her waiting for few mins .
Soon he arrives and swa demands the land papers. Mishra is reluctant and makes excuses , Swa pleads him and asks him to be helpful for the sake the plight of the hapless farmers .
Mishra then calls up Ahuja and they have a discussion. Mishra says the file was right here but asks him if she should be given , Ahuja advises him to tell her she will be given the file at the court .
Swa is unhappy and worried if she will get the file in time , she thinks today was a bad day right from the beginning .
Asad is at university and along with his friends start flirting with girls
The group of guys misguide one girl and have fun .
The Poor girl is see searching all over the college for her classroom and feels harassed . Asad tries to help the girl Right then lecturer arrives and warns the girl and asad not to waste time .
Next day at sinha house Suhasini asks Jaya if Simi had her BF and simi arrives late to the table again , she tells suhasini that she was dieting so no BF now onwards , she is reluctant to help Jaya with the cooking and laying the table , and walks off .
At chandni chowk Swa is on the terrace of her house and remembers the pleas of the hapless farmers who pleaded her to get their land back .
Maamu is impressed with maami's spl BF, idli upma sambar chatni etc they recollect today was first day at court for Swa .
They reach terrace and meet swa whi was not feeling confident , she is scared of losing , she feels bad for the poor farmers ,
Maamu suggests they all will come to court with ehr. But she asks them not to as this will make her more nervous .
At univ asad is seen enjoying momos at canteen He learns his new girlfriend was daughter of army officer a Lt Col Deshmukh , retd . He gets nervous and pays the bill, the girl is radhika and she warns him next time she will pay the bill, asad introduces rads to his friends. Radika is happy to meet his friends and they apologize for troubling her that day, but she thanks them for that Because she found a sweet guy like asad because of them .
At Mishra ji's office Swa is waiting for the file. She calls up Mishra ji. He makes an excuse that the xerox waala was having tea break, and assures he was arriving right then ,

At court Mr A J Singhvi is seen telling the judge that this was the first fay for swa and she might have backed out , theu wait for her for few mins and grumble that she was wasting court's time , after waiting Mr Singhvi says Swa had wasted lots of court's timg and appeals to judge to dismiss the case, swa is seen trying to arrive at the court but her scooty stalls midway , she appears hassled about getting late to court .
