And here is another reason why it is hard to believe that Hrithik himself is not the imposter he complained about. Note that he did not refer to online stalking anywhere in this police complaint as mentioned in the legal suit sent privately to Kangana. By their own admission, the affair had stopped by Dec 2014. If he is being really honest, I would like to see him go ahead with the legal action. He refers to online stalking and a couple of mental issue statements only now. He will have to show concrete proof or will be struck with a defamation suit.

Let whoever is wrong be strictly punished. Be it Hrithik or Kangana. Making allegations is easy, especially in media. In a law court, it is a different story.

According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, Hrithik assured the police that his representative would appear along with necessary documents. However, the police claimed that despite repeated requests no one has come forward from the complainant's side to provide the header and footer of the mentioned mail.

Hrithik Roshan and Kangana Ranaut are fighting it out legally with each of them releasing statements through their lawyers every other day. The news of allegedly estranged couple slapping legal notice on each other took everyone by surprise and what follows is nothing less than a shocker.

Here's how it all began! In a spicy interview when Kangana Ranaut was asked about being ousted out from the much in news film Aashiqui 3, she was quoted mentioning silly ex' in her comment. Hrithik Roshan then went on to post a peculiar post on Twitter that raised everyone's anticipation about the rumoured couple. Later, in another interview Kangana was again asked to clear the air which she did but it apparently didn't go down well with the actor. Shocking revelations by the two of them then followed on after they got into the legal tussle.

One of the points mentioned in Hrithik's legal notice was that of a fake email id which was created by an imposter and used frequently in the name of the celebrity himself. The Mohenjo Daro actor filed a complaint with Mumbai Police in 2014 regarding the same. Now according to a report in Mumbai Mirror, the actor has not followed up on the complaint lodged by him in December 2014.

"We had sought more explanations from Hrithik but no satisfactory reply was given to the then investigating officer on the case," a source from the Cyber Crime Cell revealed, adding that in the complaint the actor had simply given an email address and asked the police to trace the location of the imposter. "Hrithik was aware of an email ID being used under his alias since May 2014, but he registered an official complaint only in December."

Hrithik assured the police that his representative would appear along with necessary documents.The police claimed that despite repeated requests no one has come forward from the complainant's side to provide the header and footer of the mentioned mail on December 18 2014.

However, Hrithik's lawyer Dipesh claimed that the complainant learnt about the said email ID when one of his fans informed him that she was communicating with him on through that id but when the investigators asked him to reveal the identity of the fan, they got no response.

Also the report says that the police hadn't been keen on registering an FIR as the complainant was not in possession or handling the impersonator's email. The cyber police reportedly pointed out that the web domain of 'email.com' belongs to a US account and it will be difficult to obtain details of the person operating from there without a full header with the Internet Protocol Address and footer of the mail.

Anyway, why HR fans are so hell bent on declaring KR a mental patient? Just because HR said it, it's a gospel truth? Is there any doctor who confirmed it? Is there any confirmation!

For me, a 45 yr old, who is running like a head less chicken, threatening a woman, trying to prove he haven't had an affair looks more like mentally disturbed person.

I've seen a lot of comments that describe Kangana as a psycho. Every topic is overrun with Kangana's past, and her delusional comments.

Shaming/Judging/Hating on Kangana does not change Hrithik's actions. Threatening to leak her nude pictures, accusing her of a mental illness (he is not her doctor).

Trump seems to enjoy using words like "loser," and "stupid." But it's significant how many of the words Trump includes in his go-to collection of putdowns have their ties to mental illness.

Harris O'Malley, a dating coach, says "crazy" is one of "the five deadly words guys use to shame women into compliance. The others: Fat. Ugly. s**tty. Bitchy. They sum up the supposedly worst things a woman can be."

In Trump's mind, crazy also means dangerous. As Colby Itkowitz observes, "on the subject of gun violence, he often conflates mental illness with crime. He said in October 2015 that gun-free zones are target practice for the sickos and for the mentally ill.'"

The AP warns journalists, "do not assume that mental illness is a factor in a violent crime, and verify statements to that effect. A past history of mental illness is not necessarily a reliable indicator. Studies have shown that the vast majority of people with mental illness are not violent, and experts say most people who are violent do not suffer from mental illness." (Italics mine)

That Donald Trump can't-or won't bother to-distinguish between a woman who asks uncomfortable questions and an outdated, insulting cliche should be troubling to the millions of Americans working to reduce the stigma that surrounds mental illness in this country.

3. Not every mental illness is pervasive. Many mentally ill people can pass for healthy unless you specifically engage them on issues they have deranged thoughts about or triggers. I do NOT think KR is likely to become a serial killer I am just using this an example: acquaintances of mass murderers are frequently totally shocked to discover the truth about the person they thought they knew. The fact that she talks sense sometimes absolutely positively does not mean she doesn't have a pychiatric disorder - nor can I say she does. No one can say without a full evaluation.

4. Rangoli told HR that Kangana had a disorder. I do not doubt if he (or his lawyer) were going to make one up they would not have chosen Aspergers.

on this, why would /should Rangoli who is Kangana's sister , disclose of all the people to Hrithik that her sister has a disorder and he should be quiet, that too when Hrithik claims they weren't that good friends and didn't socialise outside of work...This in itself raises a red flag...

its very simple for me, Hrithik and Kangana did have an affair which he lied about. To cover that up, he is coming up with more and more lies and also defaming Kangana.
