Hrithik Roshan and Kangana Ranaut want closure on feud?

Hrithik Roshan might have been planning to create problems for Kangana Ranaut in advance, but the actress knows how to handle such tirades very well. The Bang Bang actor has sent a legal notice to the award winning actress for referring him as her ex' in a media event. However, soon after receiving the notice, Kangana's lawyer Rizwan Siddiquee slammed a 21 page notice on the bollywood actor. This legal notice drama has surfaced several dark secrets about their secretive relationship. Everything that was under wraps, at one time, has now become public's topic of debate. Hrthik Roshan has accused the National Award Winning star of stalking him and has also stated that she is suffering from Asperger's Syndrome. As a reply to his legal suit, Kangana has slammed heavy charges on her Krrish 3 co-star that can land him in a deep trouble. In fact, the actor can be jailed for apparently 10 years if Kangana wins the case. Here are some excerpts from the lawsuit, "Whoever publishes or transmits or causes to be published in the electronic form, any material which is lascivious or appeal to the prurient interest or if its effect is such as to tend to deprave and corrupt persons who are likely, having regard to all relevant circumstances, to read, see or hear the matter contained or embodied in it, shall be punished on first conviction with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to five years and with fine which may extend to one lakh rupees and in the event of a second or subsequent conviction with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to ten years and also with fine which may extend to two lakh rupees." In addition to this, Hrithik has also been slammed with IPC (Indian Penal Code) Section 499, 500 and 506. The section499 and 500 is charged for Defamation, and the subsequent punishment for the same is imprisonment up to 2 years or fine or both. Whereas Section 506 covers Punishment of Criminal Intimidation to impute unchastity to a woman, which has a prison term up to 7 years or payment of a suitable fine, or both.
