Ahh, wanted to talk of that manipulation shruthi di...
Ishwari is such a smart lady, she knows how to use resources to her benefit...
How easily she broke that vase and made Dev see half the truth! It shows that she doesn't value other's sentiments when it comes to herself or her family. To the contrary is Sona, though not perfect, but she has her values in place

This shows that Ishwari can so easily manipulate Sona against Dev when the time comes

Also, I hated the way Ishwari told her friend that Sona was a maid, the manipulations hv begun... Pls don't tell me that she didn't know who Sona is... Dev must hv told her atleast ten times she is a DOCTOR !!!

Dev at heart is gentle as he didn't tell anything to Sona. He just smiled. If someone can show him the mirror where truth of Ishwari lies this guy can really be saved. Sruti,Agree with you. But still Dev may not find fault with her behaviour. He saw her struggle and is the only one who sailed with her through her traumatic past all along. So even if Iswari's real self is exposed before him he will find many excuses for her behaviour. Also Iswari kind of people are more found who will try to live rich life that they got due to their good luck, hard work etc. And we can not find fault in being so because after all they have come a long way to reach the position. As for Dev I will never think that he is a man without values. We never see him behave with such attitude throwing money all around. He did it for his mother's sake. When it comes to his mother he doesnt care about anything. He loves his sisters but to some extent tries to mould them also. He did not readily oblige his younger sister with a job in his office. He is training her at home and let her gain the basic knowledge on her own. When Neha demands AC he did not grant her immediately. He took his own time before obliging her. He knows the value of money. He is not reckless with it but he spends more for his family. That I appreciate. He is not a man without values. He never behaved like one.

Hi Shruthi, nice to see you here after SKR forum.😊
I personally think that all characters are quite refreshingly written and portrayed here. Neither is the female lead a dimwit nor the male lead a jerk. That itself is a rarity for Indian TV. šŸ˜†
I don't know how far this will remain, but I cannot help appreciating the fact that even if Dev came across as someone crossing the line with his coercing Sona to give in to his offer, he appears to be far more mature and dignified than most other leads I have seen. I love the fact that there is NO manhandling, no verbal assaults, no pushing/pulling/pinning. Not once have I seen him show disrespect to her or any women nor come too close for comfort. The smile he flashed yesterday was a very poignant one. Neither did he express anger nor seek sympathy. He just let it be maybe because this may have not been the first time someone was being presumptuous about him. I found the handling of the scene very restrained and classy.

As much as I like the female lead's characterization, I think there is room for much improvement here. I have found her opinionated from day 1. I have watched her first phone conversation with Dev a couple of times and I still find her to be the 'abodhro' one there. It was she who was distracted during the call, muttering to herself in a bizarre manner. And then she quipped something about 'VIP culture' at the end of a call when she had no clue about who was on the other end! And the man in question hardly threw his weight around and just asked her to tell Mr Bose to call back! Same with the second encounter where she bumped into him. He had not even opened his mouth when she began her tirade against him. More recently, she assumed that Dev had neglected his mother's health hence the delay in treatment. Of course, each of her assumptions is justified based on her deductions. But the interesting thing is she took offense when Dev dared to assume that she could be 'bought' by money. I am not criticising her, just noticing how real these characters seem to be. Because this is how human beings are- inconsistent, incoherent mass of contradictions and conflicts.

One of the best serial I ever watched. The characters they are showing are out of ordinary. From the very first episode it has content and very well shown. The actors are doing a fantastic job. It is not a normal depiction of TV serials. Very good topic they are touching in this serial. Thank you to the makers and actors of this serial. Very refreshing to watch a very different concept.
