Suhasini instantly developed a soft corner for this girl, not that she would ever let that emotion come across. Her brave little spirit pushed Suhasini back in a different time where she herself started practice. Though they were in different situations, they had a common goal - to prove themselves. For Suhasini it was in a world where women weren't recognised as good lawyers in comparison to men. For Swadheenta it is in a world where money and power prevails over truth and justice. That was the sole reason Suhasini agreed to help her. Well that and the fact that she would get a little malicious joy to see Ahuja Saab rattled by this unexpected girl.
Swadheenta approached Suhasini with the new developments she noted in the case. The case had its third hearing in a few days and for Swadheenta it was not a matter of getting the job now. She wanted to win. Not because it was her first case but because the case represents all the reasons of why she chose law as a profession.
Both women worked on that tiny bench in that semi crowded park. Both with the same goal and with a little admiration and awe of each other. One saw her past self whilst one saw a hopeful future.
