Joining Balika Vadhu is indeed pressurizing: Karan Pahwa

Experiencing his fair share of fame for shows like Kaisa Yeh Ishq Hai and Secret Diaries, actor Karan Pahwa is currently enjoying his stint Colors' show Balika Vadhu (Sphereorigins).
Joining the star cast of the longest running daily soap on Indian television might be a dream for many young talents, for Karan, it was a huge responsibility. The young man, who takes his profession way too seriously, believes that it is indeed difficult to step into the shoe of another actor.

In a conversation with us, Karan shared, "Like everyone even I have always aspired to do a show like this, but when I had the opportunity finally, I felt that it can be stressful. As Sparsh Shrivastav has done an amazing job as Kundan, it was now my responsibility to match up to that level. Stepping into someone else's shoe is always difficult".

"Apart from that, the experience has been really great to shoot for such an iconic show. In real life I am a soft person, which is just the opposite of what I play on-screen. Hence, I had to prepare myself for the negative role and it is a challenge for me to introduce variations in that character", added Karan.

With the conviction to essay his character in a convincing manner, Karan also wishes to play a character like Ranbir Kapoor's film Rockstar.
