Rani. I like her never say die attitude. She speaks whatever comes to her mind fearlessly and then keeps an innocent face. She is good at heart and helpful by nature. She is capable of loving a saas like Sarla.

By the way we are not seeing Ashok or Nirmala nowadays.

Rani is fashion conscious, mugalsarai style. Decent cook, gets along with everyone. Sarla is lucky to have such a bahu who works like a slave and supports her. And Sarla need not worry about cooking and other household work. Some are really lucky.

And Rani is beautiful and can dance gracefully. Is not Amit lucky to have such a wife?

I think if Rani had married Shivam, she would have handled Shanti and kushia much better.

I like her too, just that her life revolves around Amit , one thing said against him n she becomes those horrid relative you dont wanna know.

Even I like her. She is smart, beautiful and well dressed. Like her bonding with Riya.

One more thing why I like Rani is that she never keep victim's face and tries to get our sympathy. She makes us smile. After watching the lead keeping that long face, terrified look permanently, it is a big relief to see Rani and her attitude.

the actors follow what the director tells them to. so riya has to keep sad face and rani gets to smile. initially rani was able push her mother-in-law into a well and i liked it but now like today with the sarees she puts up with sarlas bad behaviour. so we have to wait till the director decides to empower both the bahus
