What I mean to say is that just because Dhanraj has a black mole, it does not mean Bajaj cannot have. And how can Anurag know whether Bajaj has any black mole or not?

Here is one interesting possibility:-
Anurag looked like Cezanne, Bajaj looked line Ronit and Dhanraj looked like Hiten.

Both Anurag and Dhanraj had plastic surgeries. After surgery, Anurag got Hiten's(i.e. earlier Dhanraj's) face and Dhanraj got Ronit's(i.e. earlier Bajaj's) face.

To make the story even more interesting, Ekta should bring back Cezanne. It will be really interesting if Bajaj got Cezanne's(i.e. earlier Bajaj's face).

This way both AP fans and AB fans will have something to cheer about. Prerna will marry new Bajaj(i.e. Cezanne). So, her husband will have Bajaj's soul and Anurag's earlier face. 😆
