Bollywood may not be known for many things but it is not very often known for the girl on girl love amidst its leading actresses. However, our modern age divas are changing the way people look at them by taking a firm stand on things they like and things that really piss them off.
Something on the latter turf happened with our very own Sonam Kapoor. The actress took to Twitter to post a furious message about body shaming. Yes, even our actresses have to face this on a regular basis, can you believe it? So Sonam posted saying, "Fat shaming or skinny shaming.. It's still body shaming!" which Sultan star Anushka Sharma retweeted saying, "Word". When Sonam later came across this, she couldn't contain sharing praises for the newly turned wrestler. "@AnushkaSharma people are just J of you! Coz you're a self respecting intelligent successful beautiful woman!!!" shared the Neerja star.
Body shaming is one of the most talked about issues of our society so much so that when a girl was fat shamed in a designer store in Delhi, many followers vented their anger on social media.
