You've raised a very valid point. But this is something that both of them do unintentionally. Sometimes, people go into a state of shock when something bad happens to their loved ones, and they end up ignoring the other people who are dear to them. Just like Twinkle realized that she was wrong in neglecting Kunj during her Mahi jaap and that they have to work like a team, Kunj will also eventually realize. This is an even worse situation, so the realization may take time.

I do not think he has neglected her. He loves her very much he will do anything to bring a smile on her face which we have seen numerous times. It is the fact that his family comes first to him. For Twinkle also family comes first. But in her case she takes his family has hers too. It is not that Kunj does not take Twinkle's family has his. He does I mean we have seen the love he has for Leela. It is the fact that he has not accepted Twinkle has part of his family. Not that he has not accepted Twinkle because obviously he saw that he loves her so has accepted her as his wife. Him not accepting her into his family has a lot to do with Usha and that right there I cannot say because I do not like her because she is hypocritical in cases and is easily influenced. Kunj's weakness when it comes to his relationship with Twinkle is his mom and Yuvi's actions influenced alot of this. We also Twinkle's weakness in the relationship was Mahi. What I have said is like a summary of my analysis post, Teddy's, and I believe areeba blossoms. It is the family situation not that he neglects her. I personally believe this track will do good for TwiNj obviously not during the MU but after when all the conflicts cause a betterment in their relationship.
