From todays episode it is clear that both nidhi and raman are acting to be in love with the other person. Nidhi thinks raman is fida on her and raman thinks nidhi is obsessed with him. Nidhi was happy and self talking in ishra room but she didn't noticed that the room still hold ishra pictures. I guess the cvs might have missed this.

I don't think nidhi knows that raman is acting which is clear from her dialogues. I also doubt on ramans part, as i don't think he knows that nidhi is acting to be in love with him.
