Raman Bhalla inherits his father's wealth after his death. The sole responsibility of the MNC is handed to him as he's appointed CEO. Toshi Bhalla, Raman's mother decides to get him married to her friend's daughter, Shagun.

Shagun and Raman are leading a happy life until Ishita Iyer is given the job of Raman's PA. Raman finds himself falling hopelessly in love with Ishita.

Unknown to him, the Iyer girl is dating his manager, Parmeet Khurana. The duo decide to toy with Raman's emotions to usurp his wealth. Ishita asks Raman to marry her as a gateway to his wealth but soon finds herself growing to love him ...
