Recently, we were informed by a member on I-F that Rajat has been nominated for the Best Child Artiste (Male) category in Telly Awards 2007. Congrats to all! 😊
There seems to be some confusion regarding the awards..like in which awards has he been nominated..as we all are voting for him in Indian Television Academy Awards already...also, where n how can we vote for him in Indian Telly Awards.
I would like to clarify that two award shows have been mixed here.
One is "The Indian Telly Awards" (ITA) and the other is "The Indian Television Academy Awards" (ITA Awards / ITAA).
The names are quite similar so confusion is inevitable. 😊
We all hv already discussed abt ITAA (which were HHITA Awards last year) and we are voting for Rajat n PRC there (hurry..coz last date is 12 Nov 2007 😃)...so i wont talk of ITAA here. 😳
But i want share few things abt Indian Telly Awards (lez call them ITA 2007 from now on 😊)
ITA 2007 has 6 kinds of awards..of which "the Popular Awards" (PO) are a kind. PO nominees were shortlisted by the Popular Awards Jury and now the winners will be decided by Online Polling / Online Voting.
PRC has 3 nominations in PO :
1. 'Rajat Tokas' as Prithivraj Chauhan in "PO 2 - Best Child Artiste (Male)" ,
2. 'Chetan Hansraj' as Bhimdev in "PO 11 - Best Actor in a Negative Role (Male)" and
3. The show 'Dharti Ka Veer Yodha Prithviraj Chauhan' in "PO 19 - Best Weekly Serial".
We need to vote for them in these categories as many times as possible to make them win! This is challenging as only one vote can be cast with one email address unlike other award shows!
So lez gear up..and vote for them!! 😃
