I have wanted to make this post for long now.
And today when finally I saw DT go to viplav with the kalash , ignoring raja, i had to post this.
I dont know how many of you will agree n how many would oppose ,
but I am convinced that DT's love for Viplav goes deep.
He has shown consistent love for his grandchild. He had warned kanak that in their struggle to separate viplav and dhani no harm should come to viplav , on viplav's insistence he went to dulaari and fixed his engagement.
Accepted that he has acted as an villian in their love story , but having lived in a hindu society all my life , I kind of understand where that comes from. Not even ordinary people in india would readily agree for an alliance of their pampered son to a poor, uneducated,widow.
And then this is DT , the head brahmin . he who has spent his life upholding all the religious traditions . he is the prabhu , the protector of all religious beliefs for people of banares.
I can understand the conditioning of his mind.
And so I really feel he loves viplav a lot and I am sure even in future if viplav is to be harmed dhashrath tripathi will even accept dhani as his bahu in exchange,
