Depending on raw talent is almost like betting where we just hope and pray.. Depending on experience is depending on a history of achievements which is more reliable than, say , tossing a coin on new talent... 😊

If it wasnt true.. we wouldnt have any problem hiring.. just go to HBS or some other reputed institution and hire them to give you that million % growth.. it doesnt ever happen that way... If you are travelling on the crest of the wave you will think you are responsible for the crest!!!!! all the new HBS recruits...!!!!
