I watched the film and still think Katrina suited this role to the T. If anything, the slow pace and Aditya were a big let down for me. The child versions of Firdaus and Noor were so friggin adorable/beautiful and such great performers. But the transition of child Noor to adult Noor wasn't done nicely, it felt like 2 different characters. The child actor's interpretation of Noor was so well done and Aditya was just plain boring and lacked intensity and he didn't even look the part. I honestly think him and Katrina have better chemistry offscreen/in pictures than on celluloid. This movie would've been so much better if Sushant was in it.

One hit and she'll be back in business.

She has two more movies in the pipeline she's not over yet. Let's hope the budget of both the movies are under control. If she doesn't get a hit or give a above average performance it may become a little harder then.
