Could someone please tell me the story so far? I have just watched last two episodes where the sasuma is in the hospital and the show looks interesting. Thanks

This show is about the girl and her mother-in-law, so, in a way, to get to the story, they had to get it started by getting them married together first, so the story saga between the girl and her MIL starts ! But ya, that was quick ! Lol.
