I cannot read sad stuff..I have cried a lot during FIOS..Not ready for tragic..Anything happy?

Searching desperately for good books,

I love Sophie Kinsella's books! Can You Keep a Secret and Undomestic Goddess are among my favourites!
Other books that I liked-

Twenties Girl and Remember Me by Sophie Kinsella
The Single Girl's To Do List by Lindsey Kelk
V is For Virgin by Kelly Oram ( you might also want to read its sequel after this one)
The Avery Shaw Experiment by Kelly Oram
The Ex- Games by Jennifer Echols
Lola and the boy next door by Stephanie Perkins

All I ever read is sad stories. Chick lits are not really my piece of cake. But maybe I should try them. Mostly because I no longer cry in sad stories.
Chick lits I would prefer Confessions of a Shopaholic. Not exactly a chick lit I would say.. but you should definitely try it if you haven't. I will try the one you listed above. :)

I read sad books EXACTLY because they make me cry. Well, I see why you love Sophie Kinsella. She's like THE author for all Chick Lits. She makes me smile with her books. And that's a huge success in itself. 😆

Harry Potter? Let me tell you, I just re-read ALL the books and I can easily say that I have become twice the fan I already was. I mean, I like Hermonie best. The very REASON that I ever watched the movies was because of Emma Watson. :)

Percy Jackson? I've read the Lightning Thief or whatever it's name was. I am looking forward to other. Mortal Instruments? I've never heard of it before. Something to look forward to?

Hunger Games ❤️ It just couldn't get any better.

You should try moderately sad books. With a happy ending. They'd make you smile through your tears. That's the best thing about those books. It's like sunshine while it rains. 😃

Can I say I desperately agree with you! Emma Watson is the best Hermione and the way she plays her role makes me love Hermione x100 times more ❤️
The Harry Potter series was the only reason I grew fond of books. It was like my childhood love, and I can't wait to get my hands on them again after my exams 😳

Percy Jackson/Heroes Of Olympus are a very relatable series! Percy Jackson is the more middle grade type but Heroes Of Olympus (its sequel), is much more of a delight as it gets young adult-ed by then 😛
You will enjoy it for an adventure, comedy genre series.

Mortal Instruments? It is something I might force you to read if you were my best friend. It literally surpasses almost every series I've read. I don't know what attracts me to it, the very thought of reading those books are magical! Trust me, I'm serious. Once I read it, I'm hooked on so badly to it, the twists, plots, its as if the author, Cassandra Clare is a magician of words. I just read it recently and have grown a severe crush on all characters ;)
I recommend these badly to you! 😆

Hunger Games- Just a few words for it- Peeta Mellark and Finnick Odair 😆🤪

Such books exist? Sad, but happy? Well, if they do then thank you for introducing me to them. Any specials I should read? I could get my tissue box ready :D
