All I ever read is sad stories. Chick lits are not really my piece of cake. But maybe I should try them. Mostly because I no longer cry in sad stories.
Chick lits I would prefer Confessions of a Shopaholic. Not exactly a chick lit I would say.. but you should definitely try it if you haven't. I will try the one you listed above. :)

Sophie Kinsella is perfect for something happy..Like just perfect,,Try it..You would love it..Sad stories? Makes me cry so I avoid them 😆I read Confessions of a Shopaholic..It was good.. :DI just started on Chick Lits otherwise I am a total HarryPotter/PercyJackson/Mortal Instruments/Hunger Games girl..Like a typical fangirl..And then I came across Sophie Kinsella...and all was well ❤️

I read sad books EXACTLY because they make me cry. Well, I see why you love Sophie Kinsella. She's like THE author for all Chick Lits. She makes me smile with her books. And that's a huge success in itself. 😆Harry Potter? Let me tell you, I just re-read ALL the books and I can easily say that I have become twice the fan I already was. I mean, I like Hermonie best. The very REASON that I ever watched the movies was because of Emma Watson. :)Percy Jackson? I've read the Lightning Thief or whatever it's name was. I am looking forward to other. Mortal Instruments? I've never heard of it before. Something to look forward to?Hunger Games ❤️ It just couldn't get any better. You should try moderately sad books. With a happy ending. They'd make you smile through your tears. That's the best thing about those books. It's like sunshine while it rains. 😃
