Is YRF casting fraud?

I have heard everyone out here say that no one can get a prominent role in Bollywood without casting couch and etc

But Shanoo YRFcasting is very much active and she keeps taking auditions of young boys and girls for lead roles in their movie. So is this all casting auditions a fraud of YRF? Where is casting counch involved in selection for a lead/supporting role in a movie?

Those auditions probably result in people getting casted for side roles/extras. The main leads are picked from BW's leading families.

Have seen the amount of web series yrf nowadays producing? Not only movies,they take for web series.

They are very serious about casting the friends/bros/family of the leading actors/actresses for 2-3 minute roles.

Lead roles ke liye yeh sab ki jaroor nahi hai. Usmein sirf pehchan chahiye. Uske liye inme se koi select nahin hoga.

We all know while starting new films, many filmmakers announce that they want FRESH FACE and they are holding auditions all over India, They even do it but JUST FOR THE SAKE OF it. In the end, we will see Deepika/Katrina in it. If not any of established a-lister, we will get a well known model. But not a complete new face. I see this as a part of earning money as they even charge for it.

I still give some credit to YRF for casting a loads of people in their films, television or web series

the other production houses are worse

Still remember Dharma's 'auditions' for the female lead in SOTY . Similar stuff happened with Aashiqui 2. Was it produced by T-series? How convenient that they found only star kids who could play the part. YRF must be the same.
