I knew it was coming ,Artistic freedom is allowed but don't use to this extent that it would be misleading and hurting people's sentiment

Just 1 legal notice??

They need atleast 100 of those slapped against them.

I hope Bihar too goes ahead and files another one against this crapfest below 20 IQ show for turning Pataliputra and Magadh into an idiotic joke.

The Mauryan raj parivar is depicted as hard core bloody murderers in this show.

It's really a shame and a huge blot on India's rich history.

Someone should file PIL against these guys in SC and send them to jail for this huge insult of historical icons.

Of course I know the PH won't be affected but still I'm very pleased with these people !!

Contiloe have no freaking right to insult one of Ashok's main queen , a historical figure like this !! Real KVK must be gnashing her teeth from heaven !

What else to expect from Contiloe, the PH that butchered MRP's history and life story so much?
They just want to make money using these heroes.
They had issues with Manoj J - kill off Chanakya!

The worst thing about any Contiloe serial are their writers, the creative liberties they take - they should get such notices every week.

I am sooo happy today.Finally,someone from Odisha took a stand.Contiloe should be dragged to the court for how they are portraying Kalinga.

I am an Odia and it really hurt me when I had read a months old spoiler that Kalinga will be portrayed as an evil kingdom and nemesis of Ashoka.So much for those 100,000 people who gave up their life to protect Kalinga in that war.I know that SRK's movie is criticized for its distortions but even that movie payed a tribute to the people of Odisha.

First of all,a PH like Contiloe do not deserve to make a historical ever.They have not only insulted the great Emperor Ashoka but also Kalinga,the state which played one of the most important roles in his life.

Way to go Mr Niranjan Pattnaik!! This what I expect from a person of my state.

Contiloe deserve to be brought to streets and nothing else.BTW,when are the makers of GoT suing Contiloe for stealing their ideas?

You'll be shocked to know that these shameless dumb head CV's and director have gone to the extent of portraying Queen Karuwaki as a prostitute.

Oh yeah and the king of Kalinga is portrayed as a lachar bechara types prisoner who is whipped and beaten like an animal by the ruler of Taxila.

Seriously there's some limit for "so called creative freedom". It's really crossing all limits of insanity.

@BOLD it's not just GoT. This show has literally copied each and every foreign show/movie such as Harry Potter, Prince of Persia, Narnia, LOTR, Sindbad, titanic, the dark knight.

They are now copying the Telugu superhit Baahubali. TBH this PH has lost it's mental balance and is acting insane.

Seriously they had cross all limits of insanity.iam watching this show from start it used to be good show with nice script .but now it has lost all the elements and showing samrat ashoka as dumb person with one man army and portraying kaurwaki as a selfish and selfcentered person .please change the storyline to much of distortion .
