'I DON'T NEED glycerine to cry

A n evening with the elusive actress is organised for me but she has to be assured that there won't be even half a query on her estranged hus- band Raja Chowdhary who has been accused of abusive behaviour.. and so on and so forth. They have a four-year- old daughter Palak. Today Shweta Tiwari is in the TV serial Kasauti Zindagi Kay, exercising her vocal chords on Jjhoom India and is acting in Bhojpuri films. How come Bhojpuri movies? Because the Bhojpuri lan- guage is a culture by itself. In Kab Aibu Aanganwa Hamaar, I'm besotted with the hero who is a loser kind of a guy. We were shooting in sync sound, I had to get all my dra- matic dialogue delivery pitch perfect. I had to struggle with the dialect initially.. I nearly wanted to give it up. But when one of the actors, Krishna Bhat said that he had slogged day and night to get the dialogue right, I felt I could do it too. How come you were injured dur- ing the shoot? Heavens, who told you that? It was nothing serious. I had to ride a bicycle on kucha vil- lage roads.I fell off once and hurt myself nastily . But my hero (Manoj Tiwari) got me bandaged right away, I was okay. He's very chivalrous.. I was under- going personal problems, I was missing my daughter. He was very understand- ing.. and told me I could use my sorrow in my acting. Like him, I don't need glycerine to cry before the camera. Is it true that you'd produced a Bhojpuri film even while you were super-busy with T V? I'd made my debut in a Bho- jpuri film called Hamaar Saiyya Hindusthani with Ravi Kissen. I'd produced it too. You got a problem with that? And now I'm acting in Ye Bhauji Ke Sister with Manoj Tiwari again. Are you thinking of Hindi films too? I'm keeping my fingers crossed..on that front.Till then, I'm happy with my track in Kasauti Zindagi Kay. And what about Jjhoom India? I can't sing for nuts.. but Suresh Wadkar is my mentor in the show. Imagine, I have to sing in front of Sha- bana Azmi, Anandji and Mahesh Bhatt! That makes me so, so nervous.

Actually its a pretty valid suggestion - many actors use their own emotions to portray those of their characters. And the fact that Shweta has so much pain and sorrow inside her - it is better to use it constructively and let it all go in the film, rather than keep it hidden within forever.

But first time I won't agree with u Vasu....When a person going through this kind of trauma, he/she will try to divert his/her attention anywhere and in most cases they would choose their Professional fields where they can forget their sorrows and all for a bit....

And if there also she/he is compelled to use her sorrow, then I dont think it's good for that person....

She should be totallly away and absorbed in her professions in set such a way that she can fully forget that part of her life there....and live for a while.....Otherwise if she always carries those things with her in her daily professions then how she will move on in her life and forget them....

Anyways That's what I feel😊Not necessarily to be agreed by all😊

I dont agree with you..Getting totally absorbed in work and profession doesnt make the pain go away.It just distracts you for a little while and comes back later again.

But like Vasu said if you use it constructively in your work, then at least day by day the pain will lessen and you will be able to get over it.

That's my opinion.Dont mean to offend you.😳
