I just started to read her approximately 2 weeks ago! And God, i am drowning! Haven't touched her contemporary writings yet. Just have read Wallflower series (and still reading some parts again and again)😆 & moved to Hathaway series. I'm having insomnia because of this woman!!😆 I am not a girl of fluffy love emotional stories.I try to avoid as much as I can..umless the book is world-famous! But this time, I suppose I'm viewing some other side of mine.😲
Any other recommendations on her...plz share. :)

Big Kleypas fan here! Ahh The Wallflowers and The Hathaways, 2 of my favorite series Same here! Normally I just breeze through historical romances but Kleypas catches you and drags you right into the story and its characters, so much so that you never can forget them. I still sometimes think about Sebastian St. Ives from Devil in Winter and I read that one years ago 😆

Precisely the reason why I didn't like Poppy's story all that much, I just remember feeling so bad for her most of the time

Same pinch! Devil In Winter was the first book I heard of by Kleypas and just reading the reviews made me fall for it , but I had to wait a long while and another book (Seduce Me At Sunrise) to finally get my hands on Sebastian and Evie's tale. Gosh! They are my absolute favorite Kleypas couple! Followed by Leo and Kat (Married By Morning) I think you'll love them too, since you're reading Win-Merripen's story you would have come across them. Another huge favorite is Derek Craven (that name alone is fabulous ⭐️) and Sara Fielding from Dreaming Of You (this is almost similar to Devil In Winter in premise, in fact I think Craven's name has been mentioned in the book) You must read that one!

Among others, Suddenly You has an interesting premise of how the main couple meet, but it was okay compared to the others (but do check it out)

Stranger In My Arms is a book I still have to finish but that one's really interesting about a woman who has serious doubts whether the man who literally comes back from the dead is actually her hated husband or an identical impostor who is in love with her.

Again The Magic also has an interesting story about a stable boy beaten and banished from a mansion for falling in love with the daughter of the manor and how he returns as an adult, rich and powerful, with only revenge on his mind against that family and the girl who betrayed him. It's like a prequel to It Happened One Autumn.

I really want to read the Bow Street Series which I haven't been able to get my hands on so far. I think those ones are far more darker than the rest.

Hope these help 😊

Ohh boy! That was the very first book of hers I read and Lord! I remember feeling so drained emotionally ! It was such a beautiful book, Win and Merripen's relationship over the years was portrayed so touchingly. I guess I immediately fell in love with this book and Kleypas's writing right from the get-go ❤️
