When shabby caught sid ,she called him jeeju in front of roshni...why didn't roshni notice it 😕 or did she notice it???

I am having this doubt from the beginning... When DD and Sid came, this same family acted as if they don't know who they were in front of Roshni... Later they allowed DD and Co to stay there...(in what basis, I dunno) Now this black lady calling him "Jeeju" and romancing him in front of Roshni... Anybody in Roshni 's place, even though she lost her memory would use their brain a little and find who is telling lies and who are her real family...
