Well i like him too..but this may also be some fake news...till anyone from production house or actor himself don't confirm it i will not believe all these rumours...and personally i think it will be best choice because in mahakumbh he too play the elder Siddhartha nigam..

don't loose hope. if you read this TB article which was in decemeber:

Exclusive: 'Suryaputra Karn' to get an extension!

the extension uptil april. So there is a possibility of GR as grown up ashoka as I don't think leap will take place before Suryaputra Karan goes off air. also bear in mind that when rumours started that leap in CAS might be in 2 months, per calculation it was around end march or april. 😉

what with IPL coming, none of the shows PH will take chances during this time

I am ok with Gautam Rode playing CAS!

After all...sid and him have worked together before..i think it would actually work out!
plus he is hot! so yeah I am ok with this... 😆 I hope he gets the role.

TFs till now no body is finalized strange. so many actors are there in list siddharth, rishabh, mohit raina ad now GR, don't know when will leap happens I hope gautam don't take these role , bcos he is already doing SPK don't want him again in mythological drama
