Chapter 1
Dear diary...
Life has been on the rails who would have thought that a simple girl like me who lived in the world of light, happiness got dragged into darkness. Who would have thought that one day my life will change so much falling in love with a vampire then marrying him how life will change so much for me...Manik Malhotra the ruthless most fierce vampire no one in the human world even knew that vampires even exist but that one fine day I came across one who would have thought that I will meet a vampire...I still remember it was summers my college was off so I was at a party with my friend Navya when I saw a man standing far away looking at me his eyes had something a fear was drawn into me but I ignored it but kept feeling his eyes on me everywhere I go. It was late but navya was still enjoying the party so I left for home alone it was total darkness I felt someone was following me so I started to run that is when I crossed a line which changed my life forever... I entered the shadow coven I didn't even realize it until I opened my eyes to see I was in a different world it was nothing like mine I turned around to find a way out but there was no way I couldn't understand what was even happening to me I was so terrified I started walking as in running when I heart a growl coming from the trees I ran towards that side and what I saw was enough to make me scream I saw a man with long teeth drinking blood from a girl and she was saying nothing she was all quite... with my scream he looked at me and that second I thought I was a dead girl but someone came towards me and when I looked at him he was the same guy from the party it was all so shocking that I fainted falling in his arms...

"Nandini he is awake" I heard neyonika's voice bringing me out of my world I ran towards the room I went to go next to him, Vikram grabbed me arm, stopping me. A second later, Manik's eyes open. He blinked, staring up at the ceiling. he looked so confused "Manik" I questioned and he quickly sat up. I gave him a small smile "Manik" "Who are you?" he asked. And my world stopped..."Uh oh" Vikram said as he grabbed me by arm and took me outside the room, Manik was watching all this with total confusion. He closed the door and I was beyond shock to even think anything "Well this isn't good" he said when I looked at him in disbelief. "This isn't good? This is horrible!" I yelled and he 'shh' me. Manik doesn't remember me... Tears started to fall from my eyes but I held them back. Manik doesn't know who I am? Why not? Why those people made him forget about me why? Who I am? Oh god, that means he doesn't remember anything out marriage, me being pregnant? I touched my belly and looked at Vikram he understood my pain "He doesn't remember me." I mumbled tears running down my cheek.
"My own husband doesn't remember me" "Hey...its okay we can handle this don't worry" Vikram awkwardly said as he put his hands on my shoulders. He tried to calm me down but how can I relax when I know this is not going to get better am losing him my life my love doesn't remember me, my hand came up to my mouth to cover the sob, I tried to stop the tears, but they just kept on coming. I can't believe this. It's like one huge nightmare, why would they do this to me to us? The door opens and Manik walks out he sees us and walked to us "Father where I am? This place is very different?" I stared at Manik and when he felt me staring, he looked down at me "Are you alright?" he asked "You really don't remember me do you?" I asked. If Manik does remember he won't be that away from me he would quickly walks towards me and take me in his arms and touch my belly "Madam I'm sorry" he said. "I do not who are you?" he called me madam? he called me madam? I was always love or baby for him, tears slid down my cheek and when I opened my mouth to say anything vikram stepped in "What year is it Manik" he asked. "What do you mean what year it is?" Manik asked. "Its 1950" My eyes widen "What?" vikram looked at him then at me neyonika was standing there in utter shock and so was i. "is there anything wrong?" manik asked looking at his father "no it just slipped out of my mind was just checking up you know old man and memory habits" manik gave a confused look
"No!" I said this can't be happening I went up to Manik and took his hand, "don't you remember me Manik it's me Nandini" He looked freaked out and tried to pull his hand away from mine, "look madam I don't know you, are you mad? Let go of my hand am the prince and the future king of the coven and you are disrespecting me he said, finally snatching his hand out of mine. "Manik you know me look into my eyes I am your wife see this?" I asked, raising my finger to show him the ring. He looked at me with utter shock and anger. "Your insane you are not my wife Alya is my wife" I froze eye wide up at him. My slowly beating heart seems to feel like its breaking. My eyes picked up with tears as he looked at me like I was some total stranger who's making him angry, God this is more than horrible. I fell down on the floor tears started to fell from my eyes Vikram and neyonika got to me as fast as they can and pulled me up "Please" I whispered my voice not able to be any louder. "Manik please I am your wife It's 2016" He shook his head, "No it's 1950." "Please" I said louder now. "believe me touch my belly and sense your kids for once Manik you were so happy with the news of me being pregnant and having twins please Manik just touch the belly once you can sense them always they always respond to you" I saw him stiffen up and his eyes widen. Vikram looked at him so did neyonika they were waiting for his response If he doesn't remember me I don't care but what about his kids he can't sense them too he always did he always knew from far he heard there heart beats so clearly and today he doesn't how can this happen. God this is killing me. "I'm sorry but I have no children nor am having any" he said and walked back to his room and I just stood there seeing him go did he walk away just like that he did? What am I going to do? My emotions were not in my control anymore I didn't know what to do "Manik please" I called him silently every time I did he knew I was calling him he use to come to me within seconds but today I stood alone there I touched my belly and caress it but the kids were giving no response did they give up too?
