Karan and Damini were in love and Gautam trapped Damini in marrying him by getting Karan kidnapped...... and Karan-Damini moved on and look at their relationship now.......Damini helped karan with Nandini and was always consoling and supporting him....that's what i call maintaining dignity in relationship........

So if KT-L were lovers once...they ahve to maintain dignity of relationship....as far as the reference of divorcing KT...i will check and give u the episode....
