Sice promo is flashing that kartik is been biting by snake..
i think -the snake will first byte kartik and he will be unconcious and then survi will take out the poison from kartiks body...in that process the poison will affect survi.
Kartik will gain conciousness and will be shocked and panicked and will rushed to the hospital.
Here tayi thinking kartik ka ram ram satya ho gaya but in reality survi ka ram ram satya honey wala hai.😆
In hospital doctor said survi is in critical statethere is no gurantee she will survive as the posion as effected her whole body.
and then our kartyaaa will be broken and he will witnessed a dargah and will rush to pray for survis well being..
Tayi may or may not be aware of all the happenings ...is celebrating her vioctory😆
and then survi will be out of danger but she will still be unconciuosness and SHRIKANT will too frustrated on kartik,
as They have shown srikant warning kartik if something happens to survi he will not spare kartik..
so yay i hope this is what exactly they would show fingure crossed!
